Background and Experience

We have professional experience. Following years of experience in construction, Kendal received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering while also working with real estate investments and property management services in the Grand Rapids area. Because we have worked both on the construction and real estate sides of the business, we know how to best analyze the major and minor components of your home.

We have personal experience. The first home we purchased (and still live in!) was blue. We were both excited and nervous and will never forget the challenges of making one of the biggest purchases of our life. It is our goal to walk you through your home inspection process to help you make an educated and informed decision about your investment because we know and remember what it's like. 

We value continued experiences. With an engineering background, we are techies. We stay up to date on the newest software and techniques and offer online scheduling and electronic payment options. In addition, our certification with InterNACHI allows for continuing education to keep us informed and certified.
