*Note that with all inspections we look for signs of termites and a specialty termite report is likely not needed unless signs of termites are detected during the residential inspection.

*Mileage fee may be added for distances more than 35 miles one way

DETAILED REPORT

Our Home Inspector will review the report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A detailed electronic report with photos will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
