MOLD, PEST, TERMITE, ASBESTOS
Blue House Home Inspections is a certified home inspection company that will look for signs of mold, pests, termites and asbestos. Through our certification and ongoing education, we are trained to look for these things.
CARBON MONOXIDE TESTING
Blue House Home Inspections will test your home for carbon monoxide using our equipment. If there are any unusual levels in your home we will notify you.
ASBESTOS TESTING
Blue House Home Inspections can test your home for asbestos. This typically takes 7-10 days.
DETAILED REPORT
Our Home Inspector will review the report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A detailed electronic report with photos will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
